Join the Miller Center for a timely conversation examining the results of the 2026 midterm elections and what they may mean for the direction of American politics.

Political journalists and experts unpack the results, the forces that shaped the outcome, and what voters’ choices reveal about the current political landscape. They also discuss what the results could mean for the balance of power in Washington, the policy agenda ahead, and the political environment leading into the next presidential election.

This program features John Harris of POLITICO, Carrie Dann of The Cook Political Report, and Peter Berkowitz, a James R. Schlesinger Distinguished Professor at the Miller Center and the former State Department director of policy planning in the first Trump administration. Mike Emanuel of Fox News serves as moderator.
